Flat River Macroinvertebrate Sampling

Help measure the health of Michigan's Flat River by joining the Flat River Watershed Council's first macroinvertebrate study.

Event takes place at Fallasburg Park north of Lowell. Meet in the parking lot for the Enclosed Shelter (1114 Fallasburg Park Dr, Lowell MI 49331) at 10am.

There will be a quick training session before breaking into small groups, each of which will sample a unique station near the park.

Lunch will be served afterwards.

Participants must be 16 years of age or older and bring their own waders.
