The Grand Valley Metropolitan Council (GVMC) is currently accepting proposals from firms interested in assisting GVMC in developing a Watershed Project Plan (WPP) compliant with Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) standards. GVMC is coordinating funding obtained through the USDA’s Regional Conservation Partnership Program (RCPP) for the Lower Grand River Watershed Habitat Restoration - Farmland Conservation Project (Project).
