JOIN US as we identify lawn types that are good for any Michigan lawn, best practices to keep that lawn looking great and ways to manage diseases and lawn pests. Learn more about how to correctly apply lawn fertilizers and how to choose the right product for your unique site.  

Gary Heilig, retired MSU Extension Consumer Horticulture Team member, has been providing commercial and consumer horticulture programming for over 34 years. Heilig’s humor and unique teaching style will help you unravel the mystery behind growing a great lawn!

Certified/Re-certified MSU Extension Master Gardener attendees will earn 3 continuing education hours (to be reported using the VMS project of Environmental Stewardship: IPM General).

• No refund will be issued for any registration cancelled within 7 days of the workshop.

• No refund will be issued for any registration cancelled after the workshop has started.
